Julie is the backbone of Gravitas, running the office and HR and adding ‘real life’ advice on internal communications. She has 15 years’ equal opportunities experience in HR and has handled 300-strong workforces , promoting equality and diversity through recruitment, training and development. She has strong skills in editing staff bulletins.
