With 25 years in journalism, PR and marketing, Kay is a strong strategist and a crisis communications expert. She has worked alongside the NHS, private healthcare and the pharmaceutical supply chain for a decade following its finances, people, media, politics and its labyrinthine channels of communications. Her recent portfolio includes the Environment Agency, PHS, AAH Pharmaceuticals, Summit Medical, GOJO, Cutan, Nuffield Hospitals and Bioforce plus work with assorted patient bodies and charities. She has worked in many other sectors also, with clients as diverse as Butlin’s, Kodak, Barclaycard and HP.
